Maintenance Management

Maintenance features range from a basic calendar reminder to a system that automatically triggers work orders based on live engine diagnostics. The stronger version of this feature connects directly to telematics data  mileage, engine hours, and diagnostic trouble codes so a service alert fires based on actual vehicle condition, not a fixed interval that doesn’t account for how hard a specific vehicle is actually being run.

A maintenance log that survives staff turnover matters more than it sounds like it should. If service history lives in one manager’s head or a personal spreadsheet, it disappears when they leave.

Fuel Management

At minimum, this means integrating with your existing fuel card provider to pull spend data into the same dashboard as everything else. The more useful version flags anomalies automatically a fill-up that doesn’t match the vehicle’s tank size, or a purchase location that doesn’t match where the vehicle’s GPS says it was that day.
